Jennifer Harrison: District Manager

Originally from Meigs Co., I have lived in Gallia County since 1980, graduating from Rio Grande College with degree in business/accounting.  I started working at the Gallia Soil and Water Conservation District in 2002, first as administrative assistant, and then as district manager.  I also share responsibilities with co-workers as education coordinator.  I enjoy my work with the staff at SWCD and serving the public.  My husband Steve and I have 2 married daughters.

Frank “Buzz” Mills: Agronomic Technician

A graduate of Gallia Academy High School, a U.S. Army Veteran, and former Gallia SWCD Board member, I farmed on the family dairy in the southern end of the county for many years.  I joined Gallia SWCD in 1994 and am currently the equipment manager for the no-till drills, the agronomy technician, and coordinator for adult education.  I enjoy working for SWCD with both the staff and customers. 

Nick Mills: Floodplain Administrator

A  graduate from Meigs High School, I went on to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in geography from Ohio University in 2004.  I have worked with Gallia SWCD since July of 2007.  Since then I have assumed a portion of education coordinator, pollution abatement, and Best Management Practices.  I still reside in my home town of Middleport, Ohio.  I really enjoy working with Gallia SWCD and the public.

Ralph Crawford: District Conservationist

I graduated from Wilmington College of Ohio with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agronomy & Animal Science.  I have worked with NRCS for 23 years.  I am also a certified grassland professional.  My wife Althea and 3 children live on a 417 acre hay/cow/calf operation farm. I enjoy working with landowners and installing conservation practices on the land.

Zach Williams: Soil Conservation Technician

A 2001 graduate of Meigs High School, I went on to receive a duel Associate degree in Natural Resource Management and Ranger Services.  I previously worked for the Gallia Soil and Water Conservation District as the Education Coordinator.  I now work in both Gallia and Lawrence as the SCT.  I began working with NRCS in October 2007.
